PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately evaluate the state of an abnormal site without requiring an operator.SOLUTION: A first feature region extraction unit 21 extracts an abnormal site region in an FDG-PET image as a first feature region. A second feature region extraction unit 22 extracts a tumor site region different from the first feature region in an MET-PET image as a second feature region.
