[Problem] Provided are a percutaneous catheter in which a kink in a part provided with a side hole can be minimized, and a method of manufacturing a tube for a percutaneous catheter, in which productivity can be improved by forming a side hole by a comparatively easy method. [Means for Resolution] A percutaneous catheter 30 includes a tubular reinforcement body 320 that includes a plurality of gap portions G and a first opening portion H1, which is formed to have an open area larger than the gap portions, in gaps among a plurality of wires W braided in a reticulated manner; and resin layers 331 and 332 that are provided to coat the reinforcement body and includes a second opening portion H2 which is disposed to overlap the first opening portion. A side hole 63 communicating with a lumen is formed in a part in which the first opening portion and the second opening portion overlap each other.
