PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wheelchair for notifying of a risk when the inclination angle of the electric wheelchair becomes close to an angle with the risk of falling.SOLUTION: The electric wheelchair includes: a vehicle body frame 10 having a seat part 14 on which a user is seated； an electric unit 30 arranged in the vehicle body frame 10； drive wheels 20 rotatably arranged in the vehicle body frame 10 or the electric unit 30； armrests 15 arranged on both sides of the vehicle body frame 10； and a steering part 6 for driving/steering. The wheelchair includes: an inclination angle detection unit 18 for detecting the inclination angle of a vehicle body； and a control unit 7 for notifying of the inclination of the vehicle body by at least one of signage, vibration, and sound when the inclination angle exceeds a predetermined angle.【課題】電動車椅子の傾斜角度が転倒の危険のある角度に近づいた場合に、そのことを報知する電動車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の電動車椅子は、使用者が着座する着座部１４をもつ車体フレーム１０と、車体フレーム１０に配置された電動ユニット３０と、車体フレーム１０又は電動ユニット３０に回転可能に配設された駆動車輪２０と、車体フレーム１０の両側に配置されるアームレスト１５と、運転操縦用の操縦部６と、を具備する電動車椅子であって、車体の傾斜角度を検出するための傾斜角検出部１８と、傾斜角度が所定角度を超えた場合、表記、振動、及び音のうち少なくとも1つによって車体が傾斜していることを報知する制御部７と、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図６
