The present invention relates to a ciliary muscle training device and, particularly, to a ciliary muscle training device for training a ciliary muscle to improve eyesight. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the ciliary muscle training device comprises: an eyepiece portion in which eyepieces fitted to eyesight of a user are equipped on both sides, which are a right side and a left side； diopter lens portions spaced apart at a predetermined distance from the eyepiece portion to be located on both sides, and selecting at least one of a plurality of diopter lenses having different diopters to form a pair on the same axis as the eyepieces； and a distance control unit for controlling a distance between pupils to allow the eyepiece and the pair of diopter lenses which are selected to be located on the same axis as a right pupil and a left pupil on both sides.
