The first and second gear wheel are arranged in a common plane and in rotational engagement with each other, wherein the combined second gear wheel and rod are arranged to pivot corresponding to a centre point defined by the intersection of the rod axis and the common plane, whereby the rod, with the gear wheels in engagement, can be arranged out of alignment with the first gear wheel axis.
