PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image capturing apparatus which enables quick positioning of a captured image requiring reproducibility for follow-up.SOLUTION: The radiographic image capturing apparatus for capturing a radiographic image of a subject includes a radiation source, a radiation detector, a radiographic image data acquisition means, an image processing means for generating a captured image, a storage means for storing the captured image along with subject information and photographing menu information, a search means for reading out a past captured image and photographing menu information from the storage means on the basis of the subject information, a region setting means for setting a region of interest for the follow-up on the past captured image on the basis of the information input by an input means, a radiation field control means for controlling the radiation source and collimator blades in accordance with the past photographing menu information and the region of interest, and a radiation field lamp.
