The novelty thereof is that electric tractors do not need batteries, but they use energy directly from the contact network. These tractors would be cheaper for exploitation and maintenance. Human workforce is reduced to a minimum.They would use energy that comes from renewable energy sources and would not pollute the environment.Ovaj pronalazak spada u oblast elektromašinstva, a namenjen je za upotrebu u poljoprivredi, tj. obradi velikih katastarskih uređenih ratarskih parcela.Ovaj pronalazak nudi kvalitetnije, brže i jeftinije obrađivanje poljoprivrednog zemljišta. Novina se ogleda u tome što elektrotraktorima ne trebaju baterije, nego energiju koriste direktno iz kontaktne mreže. Ovi traktori bi bili jeftiniji za eksploataciju i održavanje.
