The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and alleviating osteoarthritis, containing a pomegranate concentrate, a Eucommia ulmoides OLIVER extract and an Achyranthes bidentata extract as active ingredients. More specifically, according to the present invention, the composite composition of a pomegranate concentrate, a Eucommia ulmoides OLIVER extract and an Achyranthes bidentata extract is considered to have a synergistic effect on osteoarthritis alleviation and, particularly, exhibits direct protective and alleviatory effects on a joint, such as cartilage protection, cartilage regeneration or joint stiffness alleviation, thereby having high utilization as a dietary supplement and the like.
