The present invention relates to a method for providing medical procedure guidance information by using a surgical guide for a dental implant, which can improve accuracy of drilling. According to the present invention, provided is the method for providing medical procedure guidance information by using a surgical guide for a dental implant, the method comprising: a first step of acquiring CT and oral scan images regarding the inside of an oral cavity of a patient, i.e., a target of a medical procedure, and acquiring a 3D combined image by matching the acquired CT and oral scan images to each other a second step of selecting a fixture, corresponding to a location at which a preset implant is to be implanted, based on the acquired 3D combined image, and virtually disposing the fixture a third step of disposing a virtual drill image extracted from a digital drill library in the virtually disposed fixture with the virtual drill image and the virtually disposed fixture overlapping each other, calculating the volume of an overlapped portion based on an alveolar bone, from which a portion corresponding to the disposed virtual drill image has been removed, and the fixture, comparing the volume of the overlapped portion with an optimum coupling volume, and selecting a drill image for the procedure and a fourth step of producing a surgical guide in which a fastening recession configured to cover the inside of the oral cavity of the patient based on the 3D combined image has been formed on one side thereof and a guide hole configured to guide drilling of a hole for the procedure has been formed, and outputting a drilling report on which the drill image for the procedure has been displayed with the drill image matched to the guide hole.드릴링의 정확성이 향상되도록, 본 발명은 피시술자의 구강 내부에 대한 CT 촬영 이미지 및 오랄스캔 이미지가 획득되되, 상기 획득된 CT 촬영 이미지 및 오랄스캔 이미지의 정합을 통해 3차원 통합 이미지가 획득되는 제1단계 상기 획득된 3차원 통합 이미지를 기반으로 기설정된 임플란트 식립위치에 대응되는 픽스츄어가 선택되어 가상 배치되는 제2단계 상기 가상 배치된 픽스츄어에 디지털 드릴 라이브러리부터 추출된 가상 드릴 이미지가 중첩 배치되
