The present invention relates to a safety assembly combined to a syringe, and to a safe syringe comprising the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the safety assembly combined to a syringe comprises: a cover having a space unit for a syringe to be inserted, and a first through-hole which a needle of the syringe passes through and a fixating unit having a second through-hole to which a hub of the syringe with a mounted needle is inserted. The fixating unit is movably arranged inside the cover to move forward in a direction getting close to the first through-hole, and to move backward in a direction getting away from the first through-hole. Also, the fixating unit is fixated to the cover in a forwarded state.
