PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve a discrimination property of skin and a vein of a patient in a lighting fixture.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture 1 includes a light emitting part 2 for emitting illumination light having a first peak wavelength P1 in a wavelength range of 495-510 nm, and a second peak wavelength P2 in the wavelength range of 610-680 nm, and the light emitting level of the second peak wavelength P2 is higher than the light emitting level of the first peak wavelength P1. In the wavelength range of 600-780 nm, as a difference of a spectral reflection factor between skin on a vein and skin around it is high, by making the light emitting level of the second peak wavelength P2 of the wavelength range of 610-680 nm higher than the light emitting level of the first peak wavelength P1 of the wavelength range of 495-510 nm, a discrimination property of the skin and vein of a patient improves.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】照明器具において、患者の肌と静脈との弁別性を簡易に向上させる。【解決手段】照明器具1は、495~510nmの波長範囲に第1ピーク波長P1と、610~680nmの波長範囲に第2ピーク波長P2と、を有する照明光を出射する発光部2を備え、第2ピーク波長P2の発光レベルが、第1ピーク波長P1の発光レベルよりも高い。600~780nmの波長範囲では、静脈上の肌とその周囲の肌との分光反射率の差分が高ので、610~680nmの波長範囲の第2ピーク波長P2の発光レベルを、495~510nmの波長範囲の第1ピーク波長P1の発光レベルよりも高くすることで、患者の肌と静脈との弁別性が向上する。【選択図】図4
