The present invention relates to an organic waste treatment apparatus using larvae such as soldier fly (Stratiomyidae) larvae. The apparatus includes: a frame having multiple layers multiple treatment containers which store organic waste therein, have a space for growing the larvae processing the organic waste, and are inserted into each layer a container arranging unit which draws out the treatment containers from the respective layers to arrange the treatment containers in a predetermined location a waste input unit which inputs the organic waste to the treatment containers moved by the container arranging unit a container processing unit which collects the organic waste completely processed in the treatment containers moved by the container arranging unit to separate the larvae and the organic waste and a control unit which controls the container arranging unit to move the treatment containers to either the waste input unit or the container processing unit.
