The aspherical surface lens magnifier comprises an aspherical lens base(54), an aspherical lens(53), a plurality of LEDs(Light Emitting Diode)(51), and a camera(56). The aspherical lens base is connected to one end of the balance arm and forms an insertion recess. The aspherical lens is fixed in the aspherical lens base.
