PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method widely applicable to polypeptides comprising a FcRn binding region recycled by a salvage pathway of FcRn, such as IgG antibodies, regardless of a kind of a target antigen.SOLUTION: The method for producing polypeptides comprising a FcRn binding region in which blood dynamics is controlled comprises modifying a nucleic acid encoding a polypeptide comprising an amino acid residue so that the charge of at least one amino acid residue capable of exposure on a surface among the variable region residues of IgG antibodies which are polypeptides comprising a FcRn binding region changes, culturing a host cell so that the nucleic acid expresses, and collecting the polypeptides comprising the FcRn binding region from a host cell culture.【課題】標的抗原の種類によらず、IgG抗体等のFcRnのサルベージ経路によりリサイクルされるFcRn結合領域を含むポリペプチドに対して広く適用可能な製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】FcRn結合領域を含むポリペプチドであるIgG抗体の可変領域残基のうち、表面に露出し得る少なくとも一つのアミノ酸残基の電荷が変わるように、該アミノ酸残基を含むポリペプチドをコードする核酸を改変し、宿主細胞を該核酸が発現するように培養し、宿主細胞培養物からFcRn結合領域を含むポリペプチドを回収することを含む、血中動態が制御されたFcRn結合領域を含むポリペプチドの製造方法。【選択図】なし
