Disclosed is an insertion tube comprising a bolting fastening swelling unit. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the insertion tube is an insertion tube which is applied to a minimum invasive operation to provide various operative tools to be inserted into an operated portion through a cut portion or to supply air or water to the operated portion during operation. The insertion tube comprises: an insertion tube main body unit which has a sealing unit mounted on an upper end thereof and a bypass inserting port formed on one side thereof, and is formed in a cylindrical structure extended by a predetermined length in one direction； a bolting fastening swelling unit of which one end part is fixed to a lower end part of the insertion tub main body unit and the other end part is fixed to a lower end part of a bolting fastening unit, and which is extended by a predetermined length to be in contact with and mounted along an outer circumference of the insertion tube main body unit, and changes a shape to a shape having the diameter increasing by a location change of a lower part in the bolting fastening unit； and a bolting fastening unit which is bolting-fastened to an outer circumference of the insertion tube main body unit, has a location changed downward by a bolting motion, and changes a location of an upper end part of the bolting fastening swelling unit downward.
