PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pill dispenser superior in workability when dispensing pills, capable of preventing a fragment of a sealing sheet from mixing and preventing a pill from being broken.SOLUTION: A pill dispenser includes a pill picking unit 1. The pill picking unit 1 includes: a pill sheet storage part 11 a conveying mechanism conveying a pill sheet 51 a placing table 18 on which the pill sheet 51 is placed and a push-out mechanism 19 for pressing a pill storage part 52 of the pill sheet 51 on the placing table 18 to pick the pill. The placing table 18 includes an outlet for dropping the pill picked by the push-out mechanism 19 to a dispensing unit. The push-out mechanism 19 includes a pill pressing part 81 and a drive mechanism 82 moving the pill pressing part 81 in a direction approaching the pill storage part 52. The pill pressing part 81 includes an inner pressing body 83 pressing the central part of the pill storage part 52 and an outer pressing body 84 pressing an outer side of the pill storage part 52 rather than the central part.
