摘要：: PURPOSE: A composition containing green tea hydrolysate is provided to improve antioxidation, skin whitening, moisturizing, and anti-wrinkling effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving antioxidation, skin whitening, antiaging, moisturizing, and anti-wrinkling contains hydrolysate which is prepared with viscozyme and tannase as an active ingredient. The composition is a cosmetic or food composition. A method for anti-wrinkling contains the hydrolysate. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of treating viscozyme to green tea； and a step of adding tannase.본 발명은 녹차를 비스코자임 및 탄나아제로 가수분해한 가수분해물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화, 피부 미백, 항노화, 보습, 주름 예방 및 개선용 조성물에 대한 것이다.
