PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cultivation apparatus suitable for fungal bed cultivation of mushroom, especially, jar cultivation, bag cultivation, and box cultivation, and to be used for easily and evenly making mushroom carpophores and separating a mushroom carpophore part and a culture medium part when harvesting mushrooms, and to provide an easy mushroom cultivation method using the cultivation apparatus.SOLUTION: A fungus scratching sheet of hypha passing properties, and a harvesting sheet of hypha passing properties, to be used in fungal bed cultivation of mushroom are each provided. The method of fungal bed cultivation for mushrooms using the sheets is also provided. It is possible to obtain carpophores of an even and well-proportioned good shape and easily perfectly separate a mushroom and a culture medium by the cultivation method. Furthermore, the cultivation method is suitable for harvesting without damaging carpophores.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】キノコの菌床栽培、特にビン栽培、袋栽培、箱栽培に適した、簡便でかつ均一なキノコの子実体の作製、並びにキノコ収穫時にキノコ子実体部分と培地部分を分けるための栽培用器材、当該栽培用器材を用いた簡便なキノコの栽培方法の提供。【解決手段】キノコの菌床栽培時に使用される菌糸通過性の菌掻き用シート及び菌糸通過性の収穫用シート、当該シートを用いたキノコの菌床栽培方法。当該栽培方法により、均一で整った良い形状の子実体が得られ、また、キノコ部分と培地部分を簡便かつ完全に分離することが可能となる。更に、子実体にキズをつけることなく収穫が可能となる点においても好適である。【選択図】図1
