To provide a paddy field implement capable of preventing an agricultural material from being scattered to an unintended direction even when a travel direction of a machine body is switched between a forward movement direction and a backing direction.SOLUTION: Motive force output from a speed changer 24 is branched in a parallel state to a travel transmission system and a work transmission system at a branch part D, motive force of the travel transmission system is transmitted to travel wheels 1, 2, motive force of the work transmission system is transmitted to a work device 5 through a stepless speed changer 45, and a motive force adjustment mechanism 67 capable of adjusting motive force transmitted from the speed changer 24 to the work transmission system is provided closer to the work transmission system side than to the branch part D.
