Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine ophthalmologische Zusammensetzung mit hoher Viskosität. Die Zusammensetzung gemäß der Erfindung enthält oder besteht dabei aus Hyaluronsäure bzw. einem Hyaluronsäurederivat, wie beispielsweise einem ophthalmologisch akzeptablen Salz der Hyaluronsäure sowie Ectoin bzw. ein ophthalmologisch akzeptables Ectoinderivat. Die Zusammensetzung ist weiter dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie keinen weiteren pharmazeutisch wirksamen Inhaltsstoff umfasst.The invention relates to an ophthalmological composition with high viscosity. The claimed composition contains or consists of hyaluronic acid or a hyaluronic acid derivative such as an ophthalmologically acceptable salt of the hyaluronic acid, and ectoine or an ophthalmologically acceptable ectoine derivative. The composition is also characterised in that it does not contain any other pharmaceutically active ingredient.La présente invention concerne une composition ophtalmologique présentant une viscosité élevée. La composition selon linvention contient de lacide hyaluronique ou un dérivé de cet acide ou est composée dacide hyaluronique ou dun dérivé de cet acide, ce dérivé étant, par exemple, un sel ophtalmologiquement acceptable de lacide hyaluronique, et contient de lectoïne ou un dérivé dectoïne ophtalmologiquement acceptable ou est composée dectoïne ou dun tel dérivé. La composition est également caractérisée en ce quelle ne renferme aucun autre ingrédient pharmaceutiquement actif.
