PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administration instrument for medical use which can inject a medical solution securely and with high reliability, prevent an injection button inserted into the skin from inserting deeply in the insertion direction with a pushing force against an injection button when administering, stably administer without wobbling the injection needle, and alleviating physical and mental pain of a patient to be administered.SOLUTION: The administration instrument is structured in such a way that a drug cartridge (52) is loaded through a door which opens and closes at an angle uneven with the injection needle (4) and that the injection button (3) is pushed at an angle not in parallel with the injection needle (4), thereby preventing the injection needle from stinging the skin more deeply than the first depth to which the injection needle is stung with the pushing force against the injection button and enabling stable administration.【課題】 安全かつ高い信頼性でもって薬液の注射を行うことが可能な医療用投与器具を提供する。投与時に、注射ボタンを押す力が皮膚に刺した注射針を更に深く刺す方向に働くのを防ぐとともに、注射針がぐらつかず安定した状態で投与することを可能とし、投与患者の肉体的、精神的苦痛を軽減する。【解決手段】 注射針（４）と平行でない角度に開閉する扉を経由して薬剤カートリッジ（５２）を装着し、また注射針（４）と平行でない角度から注射ボタン（３）を押す構造とすることにより、注射ボタンを押す力などが当初注射針を皮膚に刺したときより更に深く皮膚に刺さるように伝わることを防止し、安定した状態で投与できるようにする。【選択図】 図３
