<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter manufacturing method capable of suitably inserting an operation wire through a sublumen regardless of the diametric reduction of a catheter. <；P>；SOLUTION: The catheter manufacturing method includes an extrusion step, an insertion step and a pulling-off step. In the extrusion step, a hollow pipe 32 having a higher melting point and lower viscosity as compared with a resin material 12, a core wire 22 and the resin material 12 are together extruded to mold a sheath 16. In the insertion step, the operation wire is inserted through the hollow pipe 32 and, in the pulling-off step, the core wire 22 is pulled off from the sheath 16 to form a main lumen. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
