The present invention relates to the use of iscom particles as adjuvant forpreparing of an antigenic composition, which comprises live micro-organismsand/or possibly also killed micro-organisms and/or possibly also antigenicmolecules. It also relates to a composition comprising at least one iscomparticle and one or more livie micro~organisms and/or possibly also killedmicro-organisms and/or possibly also antigenic molecules. Further, it relatesto a kit of parts comprising at least one compartment containing at least oneliving organism and at least one compartment containing at least one iscomparticle.
