The invention relates to a catheter for pancreatic drainage, having a tubular structure and a flexible nature, and having a first section (1) of a small calibre, less than 3mm in diameter, and a second section (2) of a greater calibre, length and resistance. In the wall thereof, the first section (1) is provided with through-openings (3) and an external intermediate projection (4) having a curved surface, and the second section (2) has a wall of greater resistance to bending than the first section, and has a nozzle (5) at the free end thereof for connecting to a suction source.Catéter para drenaje pancreático,de estructura tubular y naturaleza flexible, que tiene un primer tramo (1) de pequeño calibre, menor de 3 mm de diámetro, y un segundo tramo (2) de mayor calibre, longitud y resistencia. El primer tramo (1) dispone en su pared de orificios pasantes (3) y de un resalte intermedio externo (4) de superficie curva,y el segundo tramo (2) presenta una pared de mayor resistencia a la flexión que el primer tramo y dispone en su extremo libre de una boquilla (5) para conexión a una fuente de aspiración.Linvention concerne un cathéter pour le drainage pancréatique, de structure tubulaire et de nature souple, qui possède une première trame (1) de petit calibre, moins de 3 mm de diamètre, et une seconde trame (2) de plus grand calibre, de longueur et résistance supérieures. La première trame (1) comprend dans sa paroi des orifices traversants (3) et une saillie intermédiaire externe (4) de surface courbe, et la seconde trame (2) présente une paroi de résistance supérieure à la flexion que la première et comprend au niveau de son extrémité libre, une embouchure (5) pour la connexion à une source daspiration.
