PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged boiled rice mass which can be undone by a simpler method: and to provide a method for undoing the package.SOLUTION: The packaged boiled rice mass is obtained by packaging a boiled rice mass 60 with a package sheet 12. The boiled rice mass 60 is formed so that the opposite side surfaces thereof are almost parallel and flat. The package sheet 12 is in a developed condition and includes a sheet-like food 50 put between a rectangular outer film 20 and an inner film 40 placed to the back surface side of the outer film 20. The outer film 20 has a cleft part 24 made by forming cut lines 21 at prescribed intervals at almost the center in its width direction over the whole length in its longitudinal direction. The inner film 40 is formed by superimposing a pair of inner film pieces 41, 41 on each other at almost the center part in the width direction of the outer film 20 and being welded 18 on the outer film 20 at the periphery of the sheet-like food 50. The packaged boiled rice mass is obtained by putting the boiled rice mass 60 on the inner film 40 of the package sheet 12, packaging the boiled rice mass 60 with the package sheet 12 so that the cleft part 24 of the outer film 20 passes through almost the center of the side surface of the boiled rice mass 60, and sealing the edge part of the package sheet 12 with a fixing means 16.【課題】より簡単な方法で飯塊の包装を解くことのできる包装飯塊及びその包装を解く方法を明らかにする。【解決手段】飯塊60を包装シート12で包んでなる包装飯塊であって、飯塊60は、対向する側面が略平行の扁平形状に形成され、包装シート12は展開状態にて、長方形の外フィルム20と該外フィルム20の裏面側に配備された内フィルム40との間にシート状食品50を挟んで構成され、外フィルム20は、幅方向の略中央に長手方向の全長に亘って、所定間隔の切込み21を形成してなる裂け部24を有し、内フィルム40は、一対の内フィルム片41,41を外フィルム20の幅方向の略中央部で重ね合わせ、シート状食品50の周縁にて外フィルム20と溶着18して構成され、前記包装シート12の内フィルム40上に飯塊60を載せ、外フィルム20の裂け部24が飯塊60の前記側面の略中央を通るように包装シート12にて飯塊60を包み、包装シート12の端部を止着手段16によって封止してなる。【選択図】図9
