A human body inspection system comprising an X-ray source (1), where the X-ray source (1) emits an X-ray for use in inspection of a human body, a modulation collimator (2), where the modulation collimator (2) modulatingly collimates the X-ray, a detector (3), where the detector (3) is for use in detecting the X-ray scattered from the human body, and a guiderail (4), where the guiderail (4) constitutes a closed monitoring area. The human body is placed within the closed monitoring area. Relative to the human body, the X-ray source (1), the modulation collimator (2), and the detector (3) are arranged on a same side, and the X-ray source (1), the modulation collimator (2), and the detector (3) move integrally along the guiderail, thus the X-ray is allowed to scan the human body from all positions.La présente invention concerne un système dinspection du corps humain, qui comprend une source de rayons X (1) émettant des rayons X destinés à être utilisés pour linspection dun corps humain, un collimateur à modulation (2) collimatant par modulation les rayons X, un détecteur (3) utilisable pour détecter les rayons X dispersés par le corps humain, et un rail de guidage (4) constituant une zone de contrôle fermée.
