The upper open end comprises an engageable portion for engaging with a dispenser cap closure device for closing the upper open end of the hollow body and an upper surface of the dispenser cap comprises a limiting means (teeth 81) for preventing rotation in either direction of the cap closure device when engaged with the dispenser cap.
