PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a plurality of visual function examinations under the state with both eyes opened, and the state near to a usual view sight not limiting a visual field.SOLUTION: A controller includes a target image exhibition part 2 for exhibiting a target image, a target image drawing part 13 for drawing the target image, a visual function examination item selecting part 11 for selecting an item of the visual function examination, a target image generation part 12 for generating the target image corresponding to the selected examination item, a visual point distance input part 14 for inputting a distance between the target image exhibition part 2 and a visual point of an observer, and a view angle input part 15 for inputting a view angle formed by the target image and the visual point of the observer, and the target image drawing part 13 calculates a display size and a display position of the target image corresponding to at least one out of a visual acuity examination, a visual field examination, a stereoscopic view examination, a binocular view examination and an eye position examination chosen by the visual function examination item selecting part 11, based on the input visual point distance and the input view angle, and draws the target image of the display size in the display position calculated therein.
