The present invention relates to substituted cinnamamide derivatives, their preparation and their use. Each of the derivatives has a structure represented by the following formula (I). Also disclosed are methods for preparing substituted cinnamamide and derivatives thereof of the present invention. Substituted piperonal derivatives are selected as starting materials to produce the substituted cinnamamide derivatives by the Wittig reaction and the acid-amine condensation reaction.
