PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the image quality by detecting a motion of a photographing object and performing reconstruction according to the magnitude of the motion.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT device includes: an X-ray detector which is disposed to face the X-ray tube, the X-ray detector detecting the X-ray and outputs an X-ray detection signal a reconstruction means which reconstructs a CT image based on the X-ray detection signal and a weighting means which sets a weighting function associated with coordinate information of the CT image based on a difference between a first CT image reconstituted based on the X-ray detection signal detected in a first time area and a second CT image reconstituted based on the X-ray detection signal detected in a second time area.
