The invention relates to articulation kinematics of a control and safety device for a closeable flap arranged in an aperture, especially for a domelight, pitched-roof window, greenhouse window, etc., where the actuating member is filled with an expansion medium, according to P 2138947. The control device according to the invention differs from the known devices in that scissor constructions generating highly unstable lifting conditions are not used, but instead the flaps are actuated by direct engagement via a well-defined centre of rotation, a suitable lifting transmission nevertheless being ensured.
