A useful model refers to medical technology, namely to instruments used in neurosurgery. This model can be used for the endoscopic removal of hypertensive intracerebral hematomas (hemorrhagic stroke) or other hemorrhages not associated with vascular pathology (arterial aneurysms, AVM, etc.), as well as for the removal of colloid cysts of the third ventricle and deep formations, access to which is possible through the substance of the brain.The port is installed bluntly with the use of a styac (trocar) inserted inside the port and having no gaps at the end in assembled form. If necessary, a navigation system can be attached to the distal part of the trocar, to more accurately position the port relative to the point of the surgeons target. After applying the milling hole and calculating the trajectory of the port setting, the device is punctured, this type of installation allows to produce encephalotomy within 11 mm, without cutting the cortex over a large extent. The main mechanism of penetration of the port is the expansion of connective fibers and tracts, without the risk of their damage. The installed port allows to remove hematoma and small volume formations by means of a standard suction and bipolar coagulator for surgery through small accesses, under the control of an endoscope. Removal of the main part of the hematoma leads to a decrease in the mass effect of the hematoma and the regression of dislocation and compression syndromes. Considering the mobility of the port, it is possible to examine the entire cavity of the hematoma, with control of the hemostasis along its periphery. Evacuation of blood leads to normalization of intracranial relationships: regress of edema, restoration of blood circulation, creation of necessary conditions for restoration of brain functions.
