Psoriasis is an autonomous inflammatory disease caused irrespective of ages and races. The disease is known to occur because the breakdown of a balance in skin bacteria makes external bacteria easily penetrate, but such a concept is still controversial. The study relates to a method for treating an imbalance in the skin of a psoriasis patient, and has been conducted to confirm the possibility of whether bacteria of normal skin can be used. Experiments are divided into three. Bacteria are extracted from skin of a psoriasis patient and a normal person, and the bacteria are classified according to features. Then, correlation between skin bacteria is observed. Skin bacteria are extracted by being divided into a psoriatic part and a normal part with respect to a psoriasis patient, and skin bacteria are extracted from a 5 cm position in the left of the navel with respect to normal person skin. The extracted bacteria are classified according to the features of colonies generated after being cultured in NA or MRS Agar. Total eight kinds of bacteria are selected, and a bacteria extract liquid is produced by culturing the same. Each of the bacteria is cultured by inoculating skin bacteria in a broth media including the bacteria extract liquid according to the combination thereof. In normal skin, a large quantity of bacteria grown in an MRS culture medium rather than general bacteria is discovered. However, in psoriasis skin, the quantity of general bacteria is larger, and thus an imbalance is shown in the bacterial flora of psoriasis patient skin. In a step of confirming an antibacterial effect, &PrimeDp&prime and Gn&prime&Prime discovered in normal skin are shown to inhibit the proliferation of bacteria growing in the psoriatic part of a psoriasis patient.
