The present invention provides a modified micro-carrier, which is formed by chemical modification with oxidized hyaluronic acid and covering on the surface of a microsphere, wherein the microsphere is formed of gelatin cross-linked with carboxyl groups and amino groups. The present invention also provides a cell delivery system, which contains the aforementioned modified micro-carriers and an attached cell.
