The present invention relates to a patch for regenerating damaged tissue and configured with a fibrous porous 3D support of a biodegradable polymer material, which has cells or a drug (for regenerating damaged tissue) sheathed in a support and is capable of being attached directly onto the organ in which the damaged tissue is present. According to the present invention, the patch for regenerating damaged tissue is easy to handle and has high cell survivability after transplantation, so as to provide the treatment efficacy of a cell treating agent to a diseased region requiring cell transplantation. Accordingly, when the porous 3D support of a biodegradable polymer material, which has cells or a drug (for regenerating damaged tissue) sheathed in a support, is directly attached to an organ in which the damaged tissue exists, the success rate of cell transfer can be increased and the cells can move to ischemic areas to increase the capillary generation of the damaged tissue and thus accelerate tissue regeneration.La présente invention concerne un patch permettant de régénérer un tissu endommagé et conçu avec un support fibreux poreux tridimensionnel constitué dun matériau polymère biodégradable, qui comporte des cellules ou un médicament (pour régénérer un tissu endommagé) gainés dans un support et qui est susceptible dêtre fixé directement sur lorgane dans lequel le tissu endommagé est présent.
