PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset working machine allowing offset movement of an operation part in a reversing operation position while maintaining the direction of the operation part in a reversed state.SOLUTION: A levee-plastering machine includes: an offset mechanical part 10 shakably supported on a mounting part 5 mounted on a traveling machine body, and oscillably supporting the operation part 60 on the tip side a shaking cylinder 17 for shaking the offset mechanical part 10 a link mechanical part 20 connected between a rotation supporting arm 15 provided on the tip side of the offset mechanical part 10 and the operation part 60 and a guide member 30 for guiding the movement of a joint 21 of the link mechanical part 20 according to the shaking of the offset mechanical part 10, and allowing the reversal of the direction of the operation part 60.
