The present invention provides a balloon type medicinal liquid injector which injects the medicinal liquid by contraction force of a balloon. The medicinal liquid injector comprises a fixing cap which is combined to one end of a housing, a guide rod which is combined to the other end of the housing, a movable cap which moves between the fixing cap and guide rod with the guide by the same. The balloon which stores and pushes the medicinal liquid surrounds the fixing cap and guide rod, and is combined to each of the same. The medicinal liquid is injected into the balloon through the fixing cap, and is discharged from the balloon, and the movable cap moves depending on the expansion and contraction of the balloon.
