A PROCESSING METHOD OF TABLETS BY USING COLLAGEN PEPTIDE FROM SQUID SKIN AND CAFFEINE FROM COFFEE EXTRACT AND QUERCETIN FROM ONION SKIN EXTRACT FOR ANTI-OXIDANT AND PHYSICAL STRUCTURE CARE AND THE PRODUCT THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing food having antioxidative and musculoskeletal strengthening functions by mixing collagen peptide extracted from squid skin with caffeine extracted from coffee, quercetin extracted from onion skin, and a vehicle such as cellulose, followed by tableting.
