Disclosed is a double insulated motor and pinion device, comprising: a motor (7), a motor fixing seat (6), a pinion (1), a pinion shaft sleeve (2) and a double insulated sleeve (3), wherein the motor (7) is connected to the motor fixing seat (6) to form a motor component and is mounted below the pinion (1), the double insulated sleeve (3) is connected below the pinion shaft sleeve (2), the pinion (1), the pinion shaft sleeve (2) and the double insulated sleeve (3) are mounted together to form a pinion component, and the pinion component is mounted on the motor component. By adding two insulated parts, the requirements for basic insulation and reinforced insulation of a high-voltage direct-current series of products are met, and at the same time the space is reduced and the costs are lowered.Linvention concerne un dispositif de moteur et de pignon à double isolation qui comporte : un moteur (7), un siège de fixation de moteur (6), un pignon (1), un manchon darbre de pignon (2) et un manchon à double isolation (3), le moteur (7) étant relié au siège de fixation de moteur (6) pour former un élément de moteur et étant monté sous le pignon (1), le manchon à double isolation (3) est relié sous le manchon darbre de pignon (2), le pignon (1), le manchon darbre de pignon (2) et le manchon à double isolation (3) sont montés ensemble pour former un élément de pignon, celui-ci étant monté sur lélément de moteur. Par ajout de deux parties isolées, les exigences disolation de base et disolation renforcée dune série de produits, à courant continu à haute tension, sont satisfaites et, en même temps, lespace est réduit et les coûts sont diminués.
