The present invention relates to a low-pressure plasma generation system for surface treatment of dental prosthesis. More specifically, the low-pressure plasma generation system for surface treatment of dental prosthesis is efficient and economical by applying plasma properties, thereby increasing the bonding strength between zirconia and porcelain, which are the most commonly used materials of dental prosthesis manufacturing materials, and solving the problems of existing processes. According to the present invention, the low-pressure plasma generation system for surface treatment of dental prosthesis is efficient and economical by applying plasma properties (wettability, adhesive property, bonding property, biocompatibility, surface hardening, modification of surface heat resistance, sterilization, removal of harmful proteins and bacteria, and the like) already proven in industry, thereby improving the bonding strength between zirconia and porcelain, which are the most commonly used materials of dental prosthesis manufacturing materials, and solving the problems of existing processes. The low-pressure plasma generation system comprises: a main body； a moving stage； an elevation driving unit； a chamber； a vacuum pump； a vacuum pressure gauge； a gas supplying unit； a plasma driving unit including a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a power unit； and a control unit.본 발명은 치과용 보철물 표면처리를 위한 저압 플라즈마 발생 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 플라즈마의 특성을 적용하여 치과 보철물 제작 재료 중 가장 많이 사용되는 지르코니아와 도재의 결합력 향상 및 기존 공정의 문제점을 개선하여, 효율적이고 경제적인 치과용 보철물 표면처리를 위한 저압 플라즈마 발생 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 치과용 보철물 표면처리를 위한 저압 플라즈마 발생 시스템은 산업현장에서 이미 검증된 플라즈마의 특성(젖음성, 접착성, 결합성, 생체 적합성, 표면강화, 표면 열저항성의 개질, 살균, 유해 단백질 및 박테리아 제거 등)을 적용하여 치과 보철물 제작 재료 중 가장 많이 사용되는 지르코니아와 도재(포세린)의 결합력 향상 및 기존 공정의 문제점을 개선하여, 효율적이고 경제적인 치과용 보철물 표면처리를 위한 저압 플라즈마 발생 시스템을 제공한다.
