The method for estimating the changes in the parameters of intracardiac hemodynamics in the patients with ischemic heart disease with concomitant diabetes mellitus type 2 provides for laboratory and clinical research. In the setting of the basic therapy, echocardiography is provided with estimation of the parameters of the heart patterns and intracardiac hemodynamics. End-diastolic and end-systolic sizes of the left ventricle, the diameter of the left and right atrium and right ventricle, the thickness of the interventricular septum and posterior wall of the left ventricle are measured. The parameters of the diastolic function of the left and right ventricles are determined based on the analysis of transmitral and transtricupsidal flow. The maximal velocity of early and late peaks of the diastolic filling of the ventricles and their relationship are assessed. The results are compared with the control. The changes of the parameters are indicative of the changes in intracardiac hemodynamics.Способ оценки изменения параметров внутрисердечной гемодинамики у больных ишемической болезнью сердца в сочетании с сахарным диабетом 2 типа предусматривает проведение лабораторно-клинических исследований. На фоне базисной терапии проводят эхокардиографию с оценкой показателей структуры сердца и внутрисердечной гемодинамики, определяют конечнодиастолический и конечноосистолический размеры левого желудочка, диаметр левого и правого предсердий, правого желудочка, оценивают толщину межжелудочковой перегородки и задней стенки левого желудочка, показатели диастолической функции левого и правого желудочков определяют на основании анализа трансмитрального и транстрикуспидального кровотока, оценивают максимальную скорость раннего и позднего пиков диастолического наполнения желудочков и их соотношение, полученные результаты сравнивают с контролем и при изменении показателей оценивают изменения параметров внутрисердечной гемодинамики.Спосіб оцінки зміни параметрів внутрішньосерцевої гемодина
