The present invention relates to a composition for treating metabolic diseases containing a novel compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. In particular, unlike the PPARγ agonist rosiglitazone, which has been conventionally used as a therapeutic agent for diabetes and exhibits side effects such as hepatotoxicity, fatty liver deterioration and weight loss, the compound of the present invention has been confirmed to exert excellent effects in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver and hyperlipidemia. Accordingly, a composition containing as an active ingredient the novel compound can be used as a therapeutic agent, replacing conventional therapeutic agents, for non-alcoholic fatty liver and hyperlipidemia.La présente invention concerne une composition pour le traitement de maladies métaboliques contenant un nouveau composé ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci en tant que principe actif. En particulier, contrairement à la rosiglitazone, agoniste de PPARy, qui a été classiquement utilisé en tant quagent thérapeutique contre le diabète et présente des effets secondaires tels que lhépatotoxicité, la détérioration du foie gras et la perte de poids, il a été confirmé que le composé de la présente invention exerce dexcellents effets dans le traitement du foie gras non alcoolique et de lhyperlipidémie. En conséquence, une composition contenant en tant que principe actif le nouveau composé peut être utilisée en tant quagent thérapeutique pour le foie gras non alcoolique et lhyperlipidémie et peut remplacer des agents thérapeutiques classiques.본 발명은 신규한 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 대사질환 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 종래 당뇨병 치료제로 사용되었던 PPARγ 효능제 로시글리타존이 간독성, 지방간 악화 및 몸무게 감소와 같은 부작용을 나타내는 것과 다르게 본 발명의 화합물은 비알콜성 지방간 및 고지혈증 치료에 우수한 효과가 확인됨에 따라, 상기 신규 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 종래의 치료제를 대체할 수 있는 비알콜성 지방간 및 고지혈증 치료제로 사용될 수 있다.
