PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load applied to a cable disposed over a hinge part connecting a pelvic frame and an electric motor unit, in a walking assistance device.SOLUTION: The walking assistance device 10 includes the pelvic frame 22, an electronic part 91 provided with a power source 92 and provided at the pelvic frame, and the electric motor unit 26 attached to parts corresponding to either side of the pelvic frame via the hinge part 101. The hinge part includes a pair of pelvic frame side brackets 105, 106, a pair of shafts 109, 110 supported so as to be coaxial with the respective pelvic frame side brackets each other and separated in the axial direction, and a pair of motor side brackets 107, 108 supported by the respective shafts.
