PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puddling work machine in which a second leveling plate cannot be deformed in earthing-up work, the amount of soil being earthed up is predictable, and raised soil of a ridge side can be surely earthed up.SOLUTION: In a puddling work machine 1, an upper part of a tillage rotor 13, which is rotatably supported to a work machine body 2, is covered with a shield cover 10, a first leveling plate 11 is provided in a vertically rotatable manner at a rear end of the shield cover 10, and a second leveling plate 12 is provided in a vertically rotatable manner at a rear end of the first leveling plate 11. The work machine body 2 is provided with a fixing mechanism 50 capable of locking rotation of the second leveling plate 12 in a posture in which the second leveling plate 12 stands upward with respect to the first leveling plate 11.
