PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound having a DNA polymerase inhibitory activity and a new pharmaceutical composition utilizing this.SOLUTION: A compound expressed by a formula (I) or its pharmacologically allowable salts which is parasitic fungi on C. melanaster (red jellyfish) and separated from it and having the DNA polymerase inhibitory activity, a cancer cell propagation suppression activity, and a macrophage suppression activity.
