PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material for a processed rice product that is heat-sealed even when providing a paper sheet as an outer sheet, and inhibits rising of manufacturing cost.
SOLUTION: In the outer sheet 10, the paper sheet 12 is stuck on the outside surface of a base film 11 made of a heat sealable film. An inner sheet 20 is formed of the heat sealable film. The outer sheet 10 includes a sealable part on which the paper sheet 12 is not stuck and the base film 11 is exposed on the outside surface, at a part subjected to heat sealing when the processed rice product R is packaged.
