PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple but effective braking device for a trolley, which can be operated by a user in one movement and without bending down.SOLUTION: A trolley 10 for medical equipment comprises a base 16 mounted on a plurality of wheels 20. A brake device 12 comprises at least one deformable brake pad located beneath the base 16 of the trolley 10.
