The present invention relates to herbicidal heteroarylmethoxy/heterocyclylmethoxy substituted phenyl diones and heteroarylmethoxy/heterocyclylmethoxysubstituted phenyl dioxo thiazinone derivatives of formula (I) as well as to processes and intermediates used for the preparation of such derivatives.
