PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fingertip pulse wave analyzer excellent in high reproducibility and versatility applicable to vascular endothelium function measurement, which can achieve reduction in a measurement time, and reduction in costs for measurement.SOLUTION: A blood vessel function examination device 1 includes a pressurizing part 10 mounted around an upper arm on an examination side for avascularization and opening, a probe 20 attached to a fingertip or a wrist for measuring a pulse wave before and after the avascularization, a control part 31 for controlling the pressurizing part 10 and the probe 20, and a processing part 40 for giving a command to the control part 31 and acquiring data related to the pulse wave from the control part 31. The processing part 40 performs calculation of an average amplitude value and chaos analysis based on the data related to the pulse wave, and quantifies a feature amount for determining a cardiovascular disease and a vascular endothelial function disorder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】血管内皮機能測定に適用できる高い再現性と凡用性に優れ、測定時間の短縮化、測定に要するコストの低減化を図った指尖脈波解析装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】血管機能検査装置1は、検査側の上腕に装着され、駆血及び開放を行う加圧部10と、指尖又は手首に装着され、駆血前後の脈波を測定するプローブ20と、加圧部10及びプローブ20を制御する制御部31と、制御部31に指令を与え、制御部31から脈波に係るデータを取得する処理部40と、を備え、処理部40が、脈波に係るデータに基づいて平均振幅値の計算及びカオス解析を行い、心血管疾患と血管内皮機能障害の判定を行うための特徴量を定量化する。【選択図】図3
