The invention relates to the field of medicine, more specifically pharmacology, and can be used to treat influenza and viral respiratory infections. The aim of the present invention is to broaden the range of agents available for treating acute respiratory diseases and influenza infection by developing an oral medicinal agent based on 3,3-diindolylmethane (DIM) for the treatment of such diseases. A medicinal agent for the treatment of influenza and viral respiratory infections contains 3,3-diindolylmethane, a type A fish oil and an adjuvant in the following ratio: 9-20% by weight 3,3-diindolylmethane 1-10% by weight type A fish oil and the remainder adjuvant. The adjuvant contained in the agent is preferably polysorbate 80. It is proposed that this agent for the treatment of influenza and viral respiratory infections be used in an amount of from 1 to 10 mg of 3,3-diindolylmethane per kilogram of patient body weight.Linvention concerne la médecine et plus précisément la pharmacologie, et peut sutiliser pour traiter la grippe et les infections virales respiratoires. Le but visé par la présente invention est délargir léventail des moyens pour traiter les maladies respiratoires aiguës et linfection grippale grâce à la mise au point dun médicament peroral à base de 3,3-diindolylméthane (DIM) pour traiter ces maladies. Le médicament pour traiter la grippe et les infections virales respiratoires comprend du 3,3-diindolylméthane, de lhuile de foie de morue de type A et une substance auxiliaire, avec le rapport des composants suivant: 3,3-diindolylméthane - 9-20 huile de foie de morue de type A la substance auxiliaire constitue le reste. Le médicament utilise de préférence en tant que substance auxiliaire du polysorbate 80.
